Viva La Papa is a tribute to Ghost, my favorite band at the moment. Ever since Papa came out on stage with the gold epaulettes costume I kept thinking of a revolutionary era Papa / Les Mis version. Some one even suggested it was a 'Fallout' version of  papa.
