Which countries do you ship to?

​I ship to most countries around the world. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over £60 will have tracking.

BASIC SHIPPING FAQ

How/when do you ship your products?

I pack and ship all orders myself, from my home. 

I usually ship out orders 1 - 3 day once the order is placed, you will get a notification once your order gets shipped out. If you can't find the notification email, please do an inbox search with 'Ben Ashworth Art' as keywords, sometimes emails get lost!

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK orders take between 3 - 7 days.

USA orders take 2-5 weeks (in some cases less!)

Other International orders may take between 2 and 12 weeks to arrive.

Please take into account holiday and weather related delays.

I've been waiting for over a month - did my package get lost?

If you provided the correct address, it's extremely unlikely that the package is lost - please give it a little more time, there are a lot of delays in various places due to customs.

Also if your order has tracking, refer to the tracking page for the current whereabouts/status of your package (tracking page can be found in the order # page, through the order confirmation email which you can search for in your inbox.)

All sales are final, I do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. I will be in contact with the buyer to set up a shipping date, the buyer is responsible for receiving the package upon delivery. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and someone is available to accept the package. Customs fees and taxes may apply to international orders, any fees are the buyers responsibility to pay. Please contact me with any further questions!
